How to use Stock Essences:
Add 3 drops to your bottle of water that you drink throughout the day.
Or take 3 drops directly under your tongue 2 or 3 times during the day. Threshold times of first thing in the morning and last thing at night are most effective.
You can also add 3 drops to a bath, footbath etc.
To make a Treatment Bottle:
Fill a clean 30ml bottle with spring water, add 3 drops of each chosen essence, add a small amount of brandy/vodka to preserve, and this Treatment Bottle will last approx. 3 weeks when used as above.
